Wonderful!! As I cannot find a way to get to the hospital, Mr Barrie White has been in touch via letter and has constantly taken an interest in my problems. So much so, he is diagnosing me from a distance until I can get find a way to see him. My doctor sent me to see him but I have no-way to get there. Mr Barrie White has asked for MRI SCANS to be carried out. I cannot rate this Consultant more. I wish there were more like him.

A huge thank you to Mr Barrie White and his team, who cared for my beloved brother Gary Armstrong. Gary spoke so very highly of him, both as a gentleman and a surgeon, and trusted him completely. My mum and I will be eternally grateful to Mr. White, for prolonging Gary's life and giving us all the chance to say our goodbyes, and for taking time to help us all. Thank you

I have been under mr whites care for 4 years,he has performed surgery on me 7 times.i have a cervical spine problem which he has endeavoured to stabalise along with his spinal collegue mr grevitt. their care and attention to detail is second to none,they have explained all procedures at length and the need for them,the after care has been superb,this has been a long haul for all of us,i am now under the care of the pain clinic team at queens who are now attempting to control the pain caused by the original damage to my spinal cord and the symptoms it has left me with. i would add that if you are lucky enough to be under the care of mr white you could not wish for a more proffesional gentleman to be in charge of your care and would reccomend him to anyone.

Mr White has been absolutely fantastic in dealing with my recent medical problems. From the first consultation to the pre-operative stage, the operation itself, and the ongoing post operative care, Mr White has explained all options comprehensively and openly. He is a complete professional who makes patients feel at ease and fully confident to be under his care. I cannot praise him enough for the highest standard of patient care and expertise he delivers. I am most grateful for all his efforts in helping to resolve my diagnosis.
